Take care on the roads in Dublin!

Gardai are warning road users and pedestrians to exercise caution on the roads and footpaths over the next number of days.

As the ice and snow that remains on some roads and paths thaws, they say it will lead to dangerous conditions in those areas.  Motorists are asked to keep speeds down and pedestrians are asked to take care if out and about and wear  hi-vis clothing, and not to walk on the road if there is a footpath available.
